Ok...this will make you all laugh.....however I am way over on this one......
I have set-up the router with a simple configuration and then "copy startup-config running-config...
Reboot the router and it ALWAYS goes back to the System Configuration Dialog....
It is like it never sees the running-config...I have checked the startup-config and the running-config and I find nothing that would be causing this....
Also there is NO tftpserver running for the router to grab the files from the lan...
Please......what am i missing???

Your config register is incorrect , change it to 0X2102 and reboot .
