Load Balance Link with Static Route can't use FTP

Problem in R1841 has 2 adsl , i want to use load-balance, now i config it but it not work. Client can access web but sometime can't access , when client use "nslookup" may be have time out , when client use ftp to ftp server can't access or so long time to access to ftp-server ,

Please help me.

You can't load-balance under these conditions. You will experience asymmetrical routing. One link needs to be designated as primary while the other as secondary /or/ failover.

You can only load-balance with BGP and having both ISPs announce your public segment out to the internet. I don't think your provider will offer that under your current service since you have dynamic IPs. You need static IPs for this kind of configuration.
