CRS Issue

I have installed CRS 4.0 in the co-resident deployment model and now i am not able to log on to the CRS server. I get 'Unauthorised' message everytime i try to log into the server....

i did follow the guide on the to troubleshoot the CRS issue but no go.....

can somebody help me with this

have you already done the config. Otherwise the first Login is:

login: Administrator (case sens.)

pass: ciscocisco

I have the same issue with a 4.5(2) IPCCX install with a Call Manager 5.1(2). I can login to the CRS initial setup and configure Callmanagers and CRS administrators from AD sync. However, after I restart the CRS node manager service and iis I receive 'UNAUTHORISED - you have failed to authenticate yourself......' Now I can't get in at all. Anyone solved this or seen it before. Regards.
