Need help in IVR script.
My requirement with the script is that when a caller calls in and dials a extension, if extension is busy, the IVR should play busy tone to caller.
1) If in Busy option, I put Terminate, then caller doesnt hear busy tone, but just gets disconnected.
2) If in Busy option, I dont put anything then call goes to reception, as reception node follows later in script.
3) If in Busy option, I put a prompt, it comes close to my requirement, but on users phone, the Busy message doesnt come.
Please advise how this simple thing can be achieved.
