if I'm on SRST mode the ATA won't register with the GW, is there a few lines that I'm missing or what should I do in order to get the ATA to register with CCM
I have a 2851 GW running Version 12.4(3h)

To start with the easy stuff...do you have your ATA's in the same device pool as your phones. If not make sure the device pool they are in have the proper SRST reference.

Yes, my ATAs have the same Device Pool as my phones

Are they in the same VLAN as your phones, and are you using "strict-match" in the "ip source" statement for call-manager-fallback?

I'm not using the strict-match
this is what i have
ip source-address 10.12.10.9 port 2000

Is it in the voice VLAN? If you are using "Default Gateway" for SRST, you need to make sure that the default gateway is the gateway with SRST on it...

yes, the ATAs are in the voice vlan
I'm not using a default gateway
