hi,

I am looking for an snmp mib that I can use

to identify the differences between a

Cisco 2610 versus a Cisco 2621:

10.109.114.44 is Cisco 2610

10.109.114.2 is cisco 2621.

[root@dca2-LinuxES tmp]# /usr/bin/snmpget -v1 -c public 10.109.114.44 .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.25.1.1.1.2.3

SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.9.9.25.1.1.1.2.3 = STRING: "CW_FAMILY$C2600$"

[root@dca2-LinuxES tmp]# /usr/bin/snmpget -v1 -c public 10.109.114.2 .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.25.1.1.1.2.3

SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.9.9.25.1.1.1.2.3 = STRING: "CW_FAMILY$C2600$"

[root@dca2-LinuxES tmp]#

They both show up as Cisco 2600s. Is

there an snmp mib that I can me the

specific model of the device? Thanks.

My question has to do with something like

this:

is there a generic MIB that if I do

an snmpget for what I did earlier, will it

return a specific cisco model? Thanks.
