Domain Conversion Tool icm 7 upgrade

In "Upgrade Guide for Cisco ICM/IPCC Enterprise & Hosted

Editions" there is mentioned a Domain conversion tool, this tool is supposed to "migrate users from one

domain server to another". We are unable to find this tool on any of the icm7 cd's nor online. Does someone here know where we can find it?

Hi,

the tool is DOMCVT.EXE. To upgrade from 5 to 7 you would need to migrate the DB too using the appropriate tool, I would suggest doing some Lab testing on it, finally I would doube check on the hardware specs since the load is significantly higher then the previous release.
