UCCX 5 VOIP Monitor Error

I got an error when I accessed VOIP Monitor from Desktop Admin in CRA 5. This is a new install and I used CCM6. When I accessed VOIP Monitor, I got an error saying "Error reading data from Directory services. Please try again...". However in rmcm menu, I can see all the agents I configured. Also if I did a dir-syn from Desktop Admin, it reported back successful syned.

All services seems to be running and I have "IN Service" in the admin page. When I tried to install Supervisor/Agent Desktop and Desktop Admin to my PC, I got an error saying "This installation i snot fully configured. See product doc for properly configuring your system.". But all my CTI Ports, RP are registered.

And Per CAD installation guide, I need to "Reset client install" on Desktop Admin when I have installation issue. I did that and I got any error saying can't read registry key.

Is there anything I missed here? or anything wrong???

Try with Spanlink to restore all of LDAP, except for the custom workflows.
