Eliminate users ability to suspend the VPN-tunnel in VPN-client 5.x

Is it possible to remove the "suspend-connection" possibilities in the Cisco VPN-client 5.xx?

If you are reading the Administrator guide for 4.6 (Which is the latest I have found) then you don't find anything. But in the release notes for 4.6.2.0011 there is a note saying

"New Feature in Release 4.6.2.0011 for Windows

Release 4.6.2.0011 introduced a feature that lets the administrator configure a user's system to eliminate pop-up messages for an always-up VPN connection. "

But I have searched the web for the "command/syntax" for doing this and haven't found anything.

Anyone who has an idea?

This feature is not yet implemented in VPN client. This may be possible in future releases of the vpn client software.
