I have CISCO 7600 with WS-X6548-GE-TX modules (RJ 45). I'm doing rate-limit in input direction via policing but how can I make rate limiting in output direction (both shaping or policing are good options)? Ports are L2 (switchport) and all in same VLAN, and I need differnet bandwidth on every interface.
No can do. Sup720 only supports egress policing on layer-3 interfaces.
If you need to do shaping on outbound gig interfaces, you need a SIP-200/400/600 module.
