PIX 535 Virtual Interfaces and MRTG?

Unanswered Question
Jan 14th, 2008

I have multiple virtual interfaces on a single Cisco PIX physical interface (separated by VLAN tag), but MRTG shows all with the same data (in and out bandwidth). Is there a way to show separately with MRTG?

I have this problem too.

The conceptual challenge is the MIB information is restricted to physical layer interfaces versus tagged interfaces. Trunks between switches or firewalls are capable of multiple destination (such as DMZs/security zones/applications). Measurement and analysis of unique data based on these unique tags has value.

The question is a) is it possible and b) how to do it (mib values)?
