Hi,
this weeks we rebuild a server after an hd fault with a fresh install of cm4.1 and win2000 server... all is ok except em. After the activation of the service... nothing appear on the ip phone(sure i already activate the em option on the device->phone). if i try to enter the: http://192.168.1.100/manager/list (tomcat manager) i retrived an: The page cannot be displayed.
No service like Cisco Tomcat on task manager, and no directory named em on the trace dir.
any suggestions?

Restart CTI and Tomcat service, or log out of IPMA service and back in.

but we restarted the entire cm, but nothing appened...
