%TAC+: no address for get_server ???

This message pops up on the console of a 7206 router running IOS 12.2(15)T14. I can't find a reference to it on CCO in either the 'output interpretor' or the error message locator.

There are no debugs turned on, no special SNMP configs other than the standard public and private strings and trap server, I've disabled AAA in case TACACS is misbehaving - but the error still pops up every 30 seconds.

Any idea what is generating this?
