Hi all, i have the following scenario:

agent1 has to worked in CSQ_1 and CSQ_2 depending o the day of the week.

For achieve this, i have created two extension mobility profile, one for CSQ_1 and one for CSQ_2. To reduce login/password/extension remindings, i was thinking of using just one profile with 2 buttons, one for each CSQ. The problem is that an agent can only have one ICD extension...

Does the agent will be able to log into the CAD with this configuration ?

(He could select the good extension depending on the CSQ he has to worked when login...)
