High CPU in 4500

I see verfy high cpu utilization on my 4507 switch

The sh proc cpu shows the catmgmt -lo priority process with high utilization

the show platform health shows high utilization for the KxAclPathMan create/ process

after reading the troubleshooting guide it points to see whether there are any interface flaps but i do not see any

Any inputs will help

Have you enabled looging even link-status under your interfaces?

4500 does not show any interface flaps if the above command has been configured
