Translation Route to VRU failing

Worked once after initial config and then stopped.

The only error I can find is

Translation route timeout for controller B0878PG2 (ID 5002), route QM878.TR1.1 (ID 5008).

What should I check?

When I do call tracer, sometimes I get

No free routes to send call to translation route QM878.TR1 (ID 5694). All 1 in use.

and sometimes

No peripheral target available for route QM.TransRoute (ID 5006) with routing client GRARMCCM_0878 (ID 5005)

How many numbers are in your translation route pool?

Just one.

But that wasn't the issue, I think. The whole thing did not make sense, I went thru config countless times to the point it was making me sick.

So I bounced PG. This knocked CTI RP out of PG user. Associated CTI RP back with PG user and it started working.

Am I running into a bug??

ICM 7.0 with latest SR.
