CCNA newbie - Exam Queries

Unanswered Question

Hey guys i'm sure this als all been asked plenty of times, but i'm just wondering about a few things before i sit my exam.

I realise that the exam is done online at a PC but i was wondering if there is anything that you are allowed to bring in to assist you during the exam.

is it okay bring a pen and a blank sheet of paper to work things out.

i'm still a bit rusty with some of the subnetting questions and being able to work them out on paper would be a big help as i'm not too flash with numbers.

so is a pen and paper out of the question?

You cannot bring anything with you. The testing center should provide a dry erase marker and board for you.

The test centers can differ alot.

(I have had a good ones and really bad ones too - One in London that was above a hair dressers and called itself an international college! Just a bit misleading)

When you are confident go for it.

They do provide you with a pen and paper or a marker pen and some plastic.
