I can not get IP communicator to work for nothing. The status keeps saying TFTP Timeout 7A.cnf.xml and CTL update failed. I have tftp service running as well as other services.
Finally, my other question is when I click on Cisco Unified Serviceabilities and then Control Center - Feature Services and when I click refresh sometimes the status is not running for CCM and TFTP even though they are activated? Thanks guys.

Do you have all Licenses in CallManager?
DLU for phones
Node Licenses and SW licenses?
Other IP Phones are registered>?

I work for a Cisco partner and we were given a demo copy of CCM6. I'm assuming the licenses are already installed or do I have to install the demo 50 licenses somehow? Thanks for your help.

Hi,
I had exactly this problem. Reinstalling Communicator 3 times (and not changing any CCM settings)solved it. I even had Communicator crashing repeatedly.
