CallManager Service does not get started

We have a CCM 4.2(1) cluster with one publisher and one subscriber, it was working fine. Now after the servers were rebooted (for some power maintainence) the cisco call manager service is not getting started..

Ín the event viewer it says "The cisco call manager service hung on starting"

what could be the problem.. can someone give some inputs...

If no NIC teaming check only 1 NIC is enabled.

Run adminutility

Check Accounts

Check HDD integrity

Check SQL DBs in Enterprise Manager

Open a TAC case
