Maximum Call Duration

Hi all,

I am using CCM 4.1(3)SR2. Maximum Call Duration Timer can be set in Clusterwide Parameters in Service Parameters which is 720min by default. My company wants me to limit the call duration to certain destination for all users except for higher management. Changing MaxCallDuration value will effect each and every call. Is there anyway so that I can limit the call duration for certain users while higher management stays in exception? Thanks

only one way where you can define the max call duration time is in service paramterwhich is applicableto all the ip phones in the cluster. there is no other way to set max call duration time for only one extention or phones.putting a time limit on all calls is possible.
