CCM 4.2.3 T302 stays at default

I have the problem that the t302 timer in CallManager is not changeable. I try to set it to minimum 3000ms but it stays at 15000ms.

Any idea whats the problem is?

The T302 timer goes into affect before the number is displayed on the phone. The number will be displayed in one of two instances:When CCM has choosen a pattern because there was no other pattern to choose, or when the

T302 timer expires and it defaults to the closest pattern. You can lower it to 4000 or 5000 msec
