Hi All,

We are facing a problem while we receive any PSTN call on IP phones.

At first time of call from PSTN , number displayed on IP phone is of PRI which is terminated on PSTN Gateway. Next time when we receive the call on same phone , number displayed is of Caller.

We are using CCM 5.x & DID facility is being used wherein user from PSTN can directly reach DID extn. assigned to IP phone.

Can somebody guide on same ?

since you have no preference under you voip DPs, calls are going to pub and sub in round-robin fashion. Evidently, one of the two makes some kind of treatment so the the "wrong" number is displayed. Try configuing a preference so that calls are sent always to one or the other.

Unrelated to issue, I think you should use "EF" for media Qos, or nothing at all.

Please use only text format for attachments next time, or not attachment at all.

I tried configuring preference 1 & 2 for Voip Dial peer 5 & 7 . The change obsevred was that the number being displayed was always Pilot Number.
