RTPMRx/Tx not working onn 7921

Using firmware 1.04.

I am working on a broadcast paging app that uses deskphones and wireless phones. The customer wants to be able to send&receive a page from either device.

The desk phones (41/61's) work fine but the 21's will not send or receive a page.

I have verified that the transmit and receive icons appear on the 21's as expected. No traffic though. I have worked with my wireless guy in verifying that the WAP are configured correctly. All devices are sitting on a single switch (lab envirnment) and on a single WAP.

Here are my execute statements to each phone caught via my sniffer. Any thoughts as too why multicast does not work. Unicast however works fine.
