enable root account in CCM 6.0

I am not able to login to root through SSH in CCM6.0. can you help method to activate root account.

I am fairly sure that Cisco does not allow root (OS level) access to CCM6.0 servers. If root access is needed, you have to go through TAC to get a temp password setup.
