Not Getting E-mail Notification

Hi,

I have configured Email Notification for 2 groups for different event sets.1 group for all the events & other group for Highutilization & flapping in A set.I am getting some of the emails but not for all. When there is a link flapping also, not getting email notice for both the groups.

It would be helpful to see a screenshot of the notification group configuration as well as a screenshot of the Alerts and Activities Display showing an event which was not sent as an email.
