Is there any way to know the names of new CCIEs as they pass the lab exam in your own country? Thanks.

I have this problem too.

How do Cisco arrive at this CCIEs distribution? Is it based on the nationality or country of residence of the CCIEs.This is because these two may be be different in some cases.

I would think this is based on country of residence at that time of passing the lab as Cisco would not necessarily know the nationality of CCIEs.

I think the number is based on the country registered in CCIEs' profiles on Cisco's site. Easy enough then to query the database. So if a CCIE moves from one country to another and updates his profile, one country loses a CCIE and the other gains one.
