Parameter WLC

I have a dude of the parameter "User Idle Timeout " (CONTROLLER/GENERAL), what is the function of this parameter ? The model of the Wireless Lan Controller is 4404.

I have this problem too.

The user timeout is used in situations where a client might drop out from its associated lightweight access point (LAP) without notifying the LAP. This might occur if the battery goes dead on the client. In such cases, this timeout setting tells the controller how long to wait for the particular wireless client before it deauthenticates the client and cleans up memory, etc. If the controller receives a packet from the client, it resets this timer and continues operation with the client. The user timeout is global to the controller
