Hi. Currently running IPCCX Enhanced 4.1(1)SR1 on same box with CCM4.3(1) and CSA 3.0(6). Everytime I open the Cisco Desktop Administrator from the same server or from my workstation CSA is blocking some communication. Below the logs from CSA:

1/16/2008 2:18:53 PM: The process 'C:\Program Files\wfavvid\CRSJavaAdmin.exe' (as user DOHEDCCCM01\CRSAdministrator) attempted to accept a connection as a server on TCP port 6293 from x.y.z.w. The operation was denied.

1/16/2008 2:21:23 PM: The process 'C:\Program Files\wfavvid\CRSJavaAdmin.exe' (as user DOHEDCCCM01\CRSAdministrator) attempted to accept a connection as a server on TCP port 49897 from x.y.z.w. The operation was denied.

Any idea? I don't want to stop the CSA App.

Thanks in advanced,

-Jose

Just to follow up.. I found a newer version of CSA (3.0.7) and it seems to fix the problem. Now Desktop Administrator opens without any problem.

***** CORRECTION *****

After further testing customer is having same problem as before with the CSA. Still CSA is denying access to some IPCCX ports. Time to open a TAC Case.
