Is there a way to remotely change a users ringtone on a phone as a admin without physically accessing the phone through user prefrences? Is it possible to log onto the phone via IP or Mac to change user settings for them remotely?
Sadly, these can only be changed via the IP Phone itself :( The only related changes you can make remotely is turn turn the Ringer On/Off on a per line basis or lock down the ability to change the Ring selection process.
