the form of directories in ACS SE

I have backuped database in ACS SE 4.1 but it's erro "Backup failed due to FTP error. The Server returned 550 C:\Documents and Settings\ducnv\Desktop : No such file or directory"

I think It is cause "directories of ACS SE is invalid"

have you got any erro same it?? if had, please help??

Can you capture "Directories form of ACS SE"? It is very helpful

You need to change the home directory of the user with which you login to ftp user to the created directory on the server. You can also manually create the directory in the desired location.

thanks your reply, I have done, I have created directory on the fpt server, and I copy this directory to acs,that directory is "C:\Documents and Settings\ducnv\Desktop", but when I bakuped, it was erro "Backup failed due to FTP error.
