Hi! I need to activate an option "Desktop recording" with IP Phones 7961, 7941. But in CCM Phone Configuration, in section "Product Specific Configuration", field with option "SPAN to PC Port" does absent. And recording of agents call - failed.
In Phone Configuration of IP phone 7985, for example, this field is present and recording does work well.
How I can do activate this option?

What phone load version are you running?
Is it an old firmware?

Hi!
The phone load version - SCCP41.8-0-4SR1S. Version of CCM - 4.2(3).
I did not install some additional firmware. That firmware was installed with CCM installation package.

Ruslan,
The option should be there. I don't have access to a 4.x CCM, but in CCM 5.x you need to enable the following two options under the phone configuration:
1. PC Port: Enabled
2. PC Voice VLAN Access: Enabled

These options are enabling. But in the phone menu (Settings -> Device settings -> Ethernet Configuration) is shown that these option is still disabling...
