which model of the 800 family router and IOS version let me setup subinterfaces in a ethernet port?:
interface e0
interface e0.10
encapsulatin dot1q 10
ip address ......
interface e0.20
encapsulation dot1q 20
ip address....
I try in an old 2514 and 2600 with the latest IOS on both models but dont let me do that.
I need purchase a cheap router but i need be sure that support subinterfaces on ethernet ports.

Rafael, subinterfaces/trunking is an IOS feature, you best bet is to query software advisory tools
go to software advisory
http://www.cisco.com/public/sw-center/index.shtml
once there go to Find Software with features
provide your paltform type and search for IEEE 802.1q VLAN trunking

802.1q trunking i supported on 2600 routers with a minimum feature set of IP Plus. See link for more details

That would be the 87x router with advanced ip services software only. Other models, other softwares do not support 802.1q VLANS.
