I have app using TCL Hybrid VXML. And we use the "log" to send information about application states and events to a external syslog server. But, some times, messages don't reach the syslog server.
Hi, syslog is UDP hence not reliable, so if it get lost lost in transit, there is no notice. Also possible, if the router is very loaded, it will not send the message out.
Do you have the message if you log to buffer memory ?
No. There are many calls using this app. Sometimes we have to check logs 1 or 2 days ago; and log to memory will not solve; because we cannot maintain a buffer too large.
