Notification settings for cell phone

I used to be able to get vmail notifcation on my cellphone and lately it has stopped working. I checked the restriction tables and they look good and under my account notication devices I can get SMTP to work but cellphone will not.

Look in the event log for any errors related to dialouts to your cell phone.

If SMTP notification is working, the problem likely is with the interaction between Unity and your phone system. If you are using CallManager, make sure nothing changed that might impact Unity ports ability to dial out (partition/CallingSearchSpace).

I checked and nothing has changed on the part/CSS. I got to thinking and we did add the updates for DST at end of OCT. The 4 Dialout MWI ports look good, is there any way to restart them?
