No response ping WLC from WCS

No response ping the WLC this VLAN2, when the ping is send from the server WCS and other PC's that in the VLAN5, but the server WCS and other PC's in the VLAN5 can ping in on any PC the VLAN2 where is the WLC.

When you are in the same VLAN everything works well.

The two teams are in the same three-layer switch

The port Switch to WLC this "switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q" and "switchport mode trunk" and the WLC has generated interfaces of the VLAN's 2 and 5.

What could be the problem?

Hi Jose,

Can you confirm if your layer 3 switch is cat6k and what image you are running on your controller?

Hi Ankur.

The switch is a WS-C3560-24PS-E and have version flash: c3560-ipservices-mz.122-25.SEB4/c3560-ipservices-mz.122-25.SEB4.bin.

The WLC had a vesion AIR-WLC4400-K9-4-0-217-0.aes and upgrade to version AIR-WLC4400-K9-4-0-219-0.aes and the problem persists.
