CCM cluster with version 220.127.116.1100-5, one remote site voice gateway Cisco 2821 IOS 12.4.15T4 with T1/PRI for PSTN access.
We found that from voice gateway itself, it shows the gateway has been registered to the callmanager, and it can accept inbound/outbound PSTN calls. However on the CallManager webpage, most of the times it shows "Unregistered" even from CCM I issued "reset", the voice gateway received the configuration from CCM, but on webpage it still displayed "unregistered". I tried to restart callmanager servers' "RIS data collector" service, and rebooted the voice gateway a few times, same issue existed.
This status display problem is not existed on the other site's Cisco 2821 voice gateway, only on this site.
Does anyone have experienced this issue and solved the problem so that on Callmanager, we can see the right status information of the voice gateway?
