We have a customer with Unity 5.0 operating as a standalone voicemail system. However, they want to forward notifications into email using SMTP, for which we need an email address for each user. Does anyone know how I can synchronise the customers AD with the Unity directory? Ideally, I would like to import the AD, match on the internal extension field and then pull in the email address. It would also be nice to provide authentication for Cisco PCA via AD lookups.
