Make sure that you are booting the correct image on your flash. I see from your output shows you are running ROMMON mode. You may be booting to the wrong mode. Do a Cntrl Break on the system after booting up and do a confreg in rommon and boot the system to a default. From there see if you can verify your boot image and see if it is the correct image for your system and memory.

The thing that catches my eye is "PANIC: Vlan Table write error!" this is either a bug or bad hardware, most likely bad RAM or NVRAM, depending on what it is trying to write. If you can, I'd try to load a different version of IOS, if you are still having problems this might be a much more serious hardware issue.

I think you might be right. The thing is i've tried 4 supervisor cards and have got problems with all of them! From crash error -9 to repeating sofware reloads.

Another thing is it's Friday, i'm winding down looking forward to the weekend, but i know the problem will still be there when (and if!) i return on Monday.

Do you think if i obtain an image (and try installing maybe an MSFC2 daughtercard) it will sort out any issues?
