I am having an issue with not being able to see the Profile page as well as others. but not all. any thoughts

You might need to "kick" unity. Restart IIS or actually restart the server. But first, try use the SA page on a different computer or from the console directly. This will help you eliminate if it was the actual server or the workstation you are on.

I've seen this behavior when the password for the Unity mesg store account was changed. The settings for the Unity COM+ app may be out of sync. You can try updating the logon credentials for this with the following...
- Open Component Services from the Windows Administrative Tools
- Drill down into Component Services / Computers / My Computer / COM+ Applications / Cisco Unity
- Right click Cisco Unity and select Properties
- In the Properties window you should be able to update the password in the Identity tab
