I have a Cisco 821 router with 1 WAn and four Switch ports. I want to terminate another WAN connection on to the same route what steps should i take

Hi, if you load an 'advanced ip services" image on it, you can assign one switch port to a separate vlan, and terminate the new connections there.

Can i connect another WAN connection on that port and since i m doint nat so what will be the impact

Yes you can and as long the router is configured correctly everything will work nicely.
