Leaving a message in Unity Connection 2.0.1

We have Unity Connection 2.0.1. I have created users and had no problem in the functionality of the VM until no. I created a user in Unity Connection. You can call that user and try to leave a message in the mailbox. No red light comes on the handset to tell you there is a message. When you access the voice mail box for the user it does not tell you there is a message. Something is keeping me from leaving a message. I have never had this happen before so I am not sure what is causing it.

you should configure MWI number for this.

You must verify the configuration before you do anything else. On the Cisco CallManager Express, view the configuration with the issue of the show running-config command. More direct, you can issue the show telephony-service ephone-dn command. An output similar to this appears:
