WSA- Disabling End-user Notifications

Hello,

We've currently the S650 installed on an ISP network and most subscribers are going through the S650 with WCCP configured.

Web Reputation Filters and Anti-malware are enabled, but the ISP doesn't want to give subscribers any notifications because users are confused and calling helpdesks, etc

Is there a way to only block malware in background?
RAM utilization reached 88%, is that normal??

Here's a notification error users get when visiting google.com
Any idea on the cause of this error?

Notification codes: (1, GATEWAY_TIMEOUT, www.google.com)

Thanks,
Vinesh

This has been filed as feature 39051. No current ETA is established.

The WSA alots a large amount of ram for performance reasons. Unless the WSA is utilizing 96+%, it is operating normally.

This error means that we were unable to access www.google.com. Typically, this means that we received no response to our TCP SYN packets. There are other things that may cause this. It is recommended that you file a support ticket, so we can look into this further.
