IP Telephony: Corporate directory setting in CCM 5.1.3

I have installed CCM 5.1.3 in a customer and it is working fine. The problem is that I'm trying to install an IVR server and during the installation, it asks for the LDAP directory details, like "the LDAP" and others.

I use

LDAP Server Type: DC Directory

LDAP Server IP address: The ip address of the Publisher

LDAP Server port: 8404

LDAP Administrator Username: cn=Directory Manager,o=cisco.com

Base Location: o=cisco.com

and of course the password.

The problem is that it doesn't connect to the LDAP server.I'm trying to check the settings of the DC Directory but I can't find anywhere I can do that, like in older versions of CCM 4.X.

Can you please help, because it is an urgent issue for me.

I don't have yet. I'm going to install IPCC Enterprise 7.2.

At the moment I'm installing IP IVR and during the installation, asks for these details of LDAP. I don't use an external LDAP, but I just using the CallManager and as far as I know it's called DC Directory.

I tried to use the default values but it doesn't work. So, what I'm asking is where I can check the details of DC Directory in CCM 5.x or how I can change them.

Try and check to see if the AXL service is activated on the CCM server.

I have had a situation before where while trying to connect to CCM while installing IPCC, it gave me some error...I am not sure if this is your case, but it migth just be worth a trial..
