Dear guys
I have two 6500 with one Sup per box, and also I have three L2 modules on each 6500.
I want some kind of redundancy so that if connection to one L2 module on 6500 (A) failes the other one overcomes it.
the plan is attached.
please gibe your usefull hints
thankyou

If you want the uplink redundancy from the 29xx, then i would suggest to configure HSRP on the 6500.
Ensure the 65XX are configured as spanning tree root. Enable uplinkfast on the 29xx for quicker failover when an uplink fails

Also i would suggest to configure etherchannel between the 65xx

I am afraid you cannot provide a redundancy for the connections going to the module eg from the desktops.
THe modules would be active on the both the switches and during a failure you would be required to physically move the cables to the other module

Hi Ehsan,
Your question is not clear. Please rewrite your question. Is it that you are asking that if you could you the L2 modules on 6500 for the HSRP or something else??
