IPMA & 7940

Can anyone tell me why my 7940 is stuck in a rebooting loop? It only happens when I change the Phone Button type to 'Standard 7940 Manager'.

I have this problem too.

Current CCM version,

phone load?

Only that one?

Other Phone button template?

CCM across the WAN?>

Please provide more details

Include Sniffer capture

It happens on any 7940 I apply the phone button template to. And changing the template to normal doesn't work-have to delete the phone to get it back.

CCM in lab so no WAN.
