CallManager 4.1(3) phones not registering

I have some phones that will not register on callmanager. They have an ip address but will not register on the CallManager. The callmanager can ping the phone and I can also browse to the phone. There are about 200 phones registered and 60 not registered.

Anyone have any ideas why they wont register.

I have this problem too.

did you double the MAC addresses?

what does the screen on the phone say? Are all 60 phones the same model? what is the model?

no the mac addresses seem fine. The phones are different types - 7940, 7941, 7911

The screen of the phone says "registering"

did you physically go to one of the phones unplug the network cable and plug it back in to force a reboot?

yes I did this. Looking at the servers they only have 1Gb of memory. This could be the problem.

unplug some of the other phones that have already registered and see if the other ones that havent registered yet do.

Even if this isnt the issue, I would definitely beef up the ram.

yeah the memory upgrade worked. all phones registering fine now
