ccm5.1 scheduled backup problem : TAR Archive Status 0%

Hi

I have scheduled the backup, just that only one successful trial I have face challenges of backing up. The tar archive status still stay at 0% unable to transfer.

Would like to know is there any solution?

I have seen this in CCM 5.1(2) I would open a TAC case to get root access and fix it. Before attempting an upgrade.
