One of the call center managers wanted to know if the data collected (account number, request number, ani, etc) and sent to an agent in the Enterprise Data window could be sent to an extension that is not an agent?
Can this be done?

Hi,
You can only use this data between agent phones logged in using Cisco Agent Desktop.

As a workaround, you can try to program an external application that it launches when the agent transfers to an non agent extension. This application can take the data you would like to send to the targer phone and send the information using XML CallManager Services, but it could be a little complex...
