Loading fail with URL

I am observing an error at the Cisco VXML Gateway.

*Jan 21 13:21:16.525: %ISDN-6-DISCONNECT: Interface Serial1/0/0:21 disconnected

from 00914442094138 , call lasted 29 seconds

*Jan 21 13:21:34.753: //154759/8283C4DC96F5/VXML:/vxml_bgload_post_done:

What could be the possible reason for this CALL_ERROR?

To troubleshoot the issue, follow the steps below:

1. Check hardware at both ends of the link (attach a breakout box or a serial analyzer and test to determine source of problems).

2. If an analyzer or breakout box is unable to identify any external problems, check the router hardware.

3. Swap faulty equipment as necessary.

I would appreciate if people give relevant Answers on the forums.

Firstly make sure the URL is correct.

Also turn "debug voip application vxml trace" on the gateway.
