hen doing a 'sho cable modem xxxx.xxxx.xxxx phy' the command is supposed to spit out USPWR(dBmV), USSNR(dBmV), DSPWR(dBmV), and DSSNR(dBmV).
I am only showing USSNR reading. The USPWR and the DSPWR is showing 0.00 and the DSSNR is showing dashes.
Is there a command to turn this on or is something not configured right for SNMP?

Hi, cable head-end is such a specialized product that is unlikely that you can get an answer to such a specific problem here.
Suggest that you contact the TAC and ask escalation as necessary until the proper answer is provided to you.

Thank for you input. I will contact TAC and see if they can provide me with some answers.
In the meantime can this topic stay open in case some one comes by and can offer any suggestions?
Thank you for your information
